The Sport & Wellness Club at Lagoons Village, the sports and wellness club of TM's development in La Hoya, has been up and running for some time next to the new shopping centre, where the neighbourhood's first pharmacy opened on 26 October.
What it includes
According to the developer, the club combines indoor and outdoor facilities:
- Heated pools for adults and children, plus a large beach-style pool area
- Indoor gym and outdoor gym
- Spa and rooms for beauty and physiotherapy treatments
- Two padel courts and artificial grass tennis courts
- 5-a-side football pitch, basketball half-court and children's play area
- Coworking room
Owners only
Access is reserved for Lagoons Village owners: it is one of the services that come with buying a home in the development, which has more than 15,200 m² of communal areas.
A neighbourhood coming to life
With the club, the shopping centre and TM's customer service office, the Lagoons Village area is gaining services every month. You can see the homes for sale under new builds and the other sports facilities nearby under sports.
