TM Grupo Inmobiliario, the developer of Lagoons Village, has opened its customer service and after-sales office in the development's new shopping centre in La Hoya.
What it is for
It is the go-to place for owners: the TM team is there to deal with any issue in the homes already handed over and to answer questions about the home or the development.
Being in the neighbourhood itself, owners can simply drop in. The sign is in Spanish and English (After Sales Office), with the many foreign owners at Lagoons Village in mind.
In the Lagoons Village shopping centre
The office is in the same building as the new pharmacy, which opened on 26 October, and very close to the Sport & Wellness Club, the development's sports club. The centre, of around 4,000 m², has 11 shops and 29 offices.
