Since 26 October, La Hoya has its first pharmacy. It has opened in the new Lagoons Village shopping centre, a short walk from the neighbourhood's new homes.
Medicines in a few weeks
For now it only sells parapharmacy and orthopaedic products. It is expected to start dispensing medicines in about two or three weeks. Until then, for prescriptions, the nearest pharmacy is still Farmacia La Siesta, in the San Remo shopping centre.
The Lagoons Village shopping centre
TM Grupo Inmobiliario, the developer of Lagoons Village, has built this local services centre for the new residential area: around 4,000 m² of floor space on a 6,832 m² plot, with 11 street-level shops and 29 offices on the two upper floors.
Besides the pharmacy, the project includes a café-restaurant, a sports centre, professional offices, service offices and small shops, as well as TM's customer service office.
A neighbourhood adding services
With the pharmacy now open and the Consum and Aldi supermarkets under construction, La Hoya is filling in its everyday services. You can see them all on the services page and on the La Hoya map.
