Torrevieja · Costa Blanca

La Hoya, the new neighbourhood between the lagoons

A neighbourhood taking shape next to the Lagunas de La Mata y Torrevieja Natural Park: over 7,000 homes planned in the coming years, green spaces, schools and shops, five minutes from the sea.

  • Sector 20, Torrevieja
  • 1.8 million m²
  • Next to the Pink Lagoon

The neighbourhood

Nature, sea and city in one place

La Hoya is Torrevieja's largest urban development in decades. It stretches between the El Chaparral area, Quirónsalud Hospital, Jardín del Mar and the CV-905 road, with the natural park and the famous Pink Lagoon as a backdrop.

The plan creates a complete neighbourhood designed for year-round living: homes of every type, large green spaces, a shopping area, schools and new pedestrian links. The first developments are already finished and others are being built right now.
