Quirónsalud Torrevieja Hospital is right next to the neighbourhood. It was named the best private hospital in the Valencia region in 2025 and has a 24-hour A&E department and robotic surgery. Torrevieja University Hospital, part of the public network, is about 10 minutes away by car.
Habaneras shopping centre brings together fashion, cosmetics, sport, home, DIY and restaurants, with events all year round. There are supermarkets of every chain nearby, and the neighbourhood will have its own shopping area.
The La Hoya plan reserves land for a secondary school and a nursery school. In Torrevieja and along the nearby coast there are state, state-funded and private schools, some of them international with teaching in English.
Torrevieja International Auditorium is a few minutes' walk away. The town centre, the port and the seafront are full of restaurants, cinemas, theatres and museums.
The Infanta Cristina Sports Hall and the municipal facilities are very close. There are padel and tennis clubs, running and cycling routes through the natural park, and golf courses less than 30 minutes away.
La Hoya connects with the N-332 and CV-905, and from there with the AP-7 motorway. Alicante-Elche airport is about 40 minutes by car, with flights all over Europe, and the high-speed train from Alicante links to Madrid. Torrevieja has town buses and services to Alicante and Murcia.
