Torrevieja Carnival
One of the most famous carnivals in the Valencia region.
Torrevieja's Carnival is one of the best known in the Valencia region and has been declared of tourist interest. More than 2,000 people in some thirty troupes parade through the streets in the Grand Parade, with spectacular costumes and lots of rhythm.
The programme includes the opening proclamation, the presentation of the queens, the murga contest, the night parade and the parade of foreign troupes.
