The seafaring festivities in July, with a procession at sea.
The festivities of the Virgen del Carmen, patron saint of sailors, are held in July with the Salve Marinera, the flower offering, the greasy-pole contest over the water and a paella contest at the fish market.
On 16 July the statue is carried through the streets to the port and goes out on a maritime procession escorted by boats.
